Pre-orders: Require 1–2 weeks for production before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that Alejandromendiola.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Original Artwork

All artwork sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Merchandise (Apparel, Prints, Accessories, etc.)

Returns may be requested for eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags, protective packaging.

The original invoice must be included with your return.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final sale. Cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once a pre-order is placed.
